We had a case, we went on an excursion and upon arrival at the hotel at night they forgot to leave dinner for us, so the guy at the reception gave us his package with dinner, and the next day the manager ordered a large dish of beautifully arranged fruits to our room, they organized lunch for us for free , and when we left, instead of leaving the room at 12 am, we were extended for free until 4 pm.
