We recently returned with our soulmate from a paradise holiday in Sri Lanka. There are a lot of impressions, but it is impossible to describe them in words, you must personally visit this island of eternal warmth, greenery, fruits, seafood, warm ocean, beautiful landscapes and friendly locals. Being on this island, we generally forgot about all the problems.
The Long Beach Resort 4 is wonderful, however there are certain nuances, but they are so minor that for us they did not spoil the rest at all. It is better to take a hair dryer with you to the hotel, who uses hygiene products, because they are not enough and they are of poor quality.
The hotel staff is very friendly, things did not disappear, the food is quite varied. We took breakfast and dinner and were not hungry during the day. It was nice to receive a birthday cake from the hotel.

From the tour, we went to Galle, on a river safari and on a 2-day excursion to Kandy and Sigiriya. Excursion to Kandy and Sigiriya was remembered most of all. We decided not to go from a hotel guide, but to find a local one and buy a tour from him, and we were not mistaken. The guide from the hotel assured us that it is very dangerous to get acquainted with beach-boys and go on excursions with them, but this is not so. It is necessary to communicate with trusted locals.
The tour started at 4 am. The bus arrived on time without delay. We were 9 people, the bus is designed for 20+, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable, the driver drives safely. We did not pay for any entrance tickets, only for personal needs there were expenses (eat, drink, buy souvenirs, buy tea). The excursion included riding on elephants, staying at the beautiful and unforgettable Panorama Hotel located in Kandy, dinner, breakfast at the hotel. The hotel has a magnificent view of the city of Kandy and is an unforgettable experience. The entrance to Sigiriya was also included in the price of the tour and we were also provided with a local guide. We visited the Temple of Zubba Buddha, where we were also provided with a local guide, who spoke interestingly about this Temple. We were also taken to a tea factory, where we could see how tea is collected and created and had the opportunity to try and purchase this tea. We had a great ride on the train which offers views of the central part of the island.
