Room: cleaned honestly every day (they were not deprived of anything except our sweets (once)), bed linen is changed every three days, towels are always fresh (gels, soap, shampoos - available), everything works (air conditioning, TV, light , safe, water, sewage), furniture and repairs are a bit shabby (not critical at all - the main thing is the ocean!! )
Food: at a high level, a large selection of everything, buffet, never been hungry, can not stand, but it is possible to get used to the needs.
Territory: beautiful (palm trees, trees, flowers, grass), well-groomed, swimming pools are clean and warm, security around the clock, locals do not enter the territory. The beach is clean, fine sand, the waves are high and dangerous (I do not recommend swimming during this period, we went to the beach where there are coral reefs, they dampen the waves. I recommend: Unawatuna, Mirisa, Wiligama, Hikaduva and others)
Transport: of course traveled by tuk-tuk (short distances for free - it was discussed with the guide (took him a trip around the country), the bus - it's still that color !! ! 5 UAH), tuk-tukers start from 500 rupees.
Fruit: tried many different things, but I liked pineapples and bananas (the price of a pineapple is from 150 to 250 rupees / kg, bananas are 100 rupees / kg), pineapples were taken home as a prize (7 full suitcases, no problems at customs), you need to take them because you can't deliver!
Seafood: Barracuda fish - dry, did not like, coral fish - very tasty, shrimp very large and tasty
Alcohol: tried the local Red Rum Calypso (2800 rupees per bottle, only sold in liquor stores) - I recommend, took 2 bottles home - at customs without problems, tasted local beer Lion - normal beer, volume 0.
