Have a nice holiday to everyone who chose this hotel!
Considering the rapid fees (days), we came to our senses already in Colombo. The tourists with whom we flew almost all gathered in approximately the same way - it was some kind of burning tour, with an incredibly low price. To fly from winter to summer, and even to the tropics, believe me It's fabulous! The climate is comfortable, the air is +27, +30, there are coconut and banana palms around, the ocean... You just have to see it once to fall in love with this country forever.
But about the hotel:
So, check-in, filled in the guest cards, received the key to the room and rest. If anyone is interested, room S227. The room is excellent, spacious, overlooking the ocean, although at that moment it did not matter to us.

Meeting with the guide (Yuri) - we saw about 5 minutes (at check-in), made an appointment for 18-00, Irina came instead, 15 minutes late, loaded (sorry for the slang) so that there was one, but very obsessive desire - go into your room, lock yourself up, don’t open anything to anyone, don’t go out anywhere, wait until they take you to the airport and be glad that nothing happened to you. the phenomenon is absolutely everywhere, you can’t judge all local residents by them), about unwanted communication outside the hotel, and even more so, God forbid, buy an excursion from a beach boy - everything: they will bring it unthinkably where, feed God knows what, in short - poisoned, robbed, deceived....
Nonsense!! ! There are very nice and open people among the local population, don't be afraid to talk to them. (they are very expensive for them).
Meals: our food system was HB (I chose it myself, then I regretted it, I had to take BB). I won’t say that it’s not tasty, but it’s still tastier in local restaurants (I won’t list gastronomic delights, I’ll only say one thing - seafood and fruits! !! ) And it is necessary to try it.
Beach: a long sandy shore along the most beautiful, cleanest ocean with huge waves. If you adapt, you can swim (behind the high waves), but you need to remember that the ocean is an element, it pulls you in so that it’s hard to stay on your feet and the main thing is to catch the right wave when exit to the coast.
Excursions are to each his own. Considering that we were nothing at all, we only went to Kandy. Interestingly, for the whole day, but since we took an individual excursion (there were four of us), it was not tiring.
I’m writing a review on purpose two weeks later, so that emotions subside, but no! - all the same, the memories are vivid. Everyone decides for himself where to relax, how to relax... I decided for myself, enough traditional Turkish-Greek-Spanish-Italian-Egyptian beaches , it's good there, but we were there. Let's discover the exotic. Honestly, I was worried about the long flight, in vain - Fly Dubai-thank you!
Now I know for sure - there is Paradise on earth, you need to see it and for this it is worth living (well, flying so far)
Everyone, have a great holiday in this hotel and this amazing country, whose name is SRI LANKA!
P. S. Knowledge of English is required to stay in this country, although the local population does not favor it, but it will be convenient for you at the hotel and on excursions.
