I can’t say that this is the best hotel in Koggala, as we have not been to any other, but we really liked it. We got there thanks to the Ukrainian tour operator "Let's go with us" for which we thank them separately. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff with a smile and very tasty fresh juice, we lived in a room overlooking the ocean, which reminded us of itself for the first two nights. The rooms are neither large nor small, cozy with air conditioning and a fan, a large comfortable bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle and every day a tea and coffee set with sugar and cream in disposable bags, and even if you haven’t drunk everything tomorrow they will add more, a small cozy terrace on the first floor, and on the second floor we have a balcony where you can drink coffee in the morning while admiring the ocean and chipmunks, have dinner, and dry your swimsuits. The bathroom has a large mirror, a hair dryer, a spacious shower and a set of disposable shampoos and soaps, snow-white fresh towels that are changed every day with the bed, and even on the floor near the washbasin is so white. that it’s scary to get up, honestly sometimes I put it under the washbasin, my leg didn’t rise on it, the bed was changed every day sometimes simply and sometimes on a grand scale, I don’t know what it depended on, maybe on the guy who cleaned or on his mood, I can’t say what from left by us rupees, as they did not always leave. For a tip they created even greater beauty, not sparing fresh flowers and fantasy. In general, the room is cool and do not press on the room with an ocean view, otherwise you will lose a lot. We had breakfast on a huge terrace, also overlooking the ocean, the assortment is huge, but every morning the same, only on New Year's holidays, which they have in mid-April, the menu has changed significantly, a very large assortment of fresh and tasty fruits, which we didn’t even know what they are eaten, fresh fresh, everything is super. The restaurant in the hotel also adapts to you, the order will be brought even to the beach, at least to any of the 2 pools, and with all this they will find you themselves. Delicious draft beer, but they don’t sell alcohol anywhere on New Year’s Eve, even in a hotel, you can drink, but you can’t sell it. You can take a sunbed for yourself any soft mats, towels at the reception. The beach is large, beautiful, clean, there is a shower to wash off the salt, in the area where you want sunbeds under an umbrella, you want under a tree along which chipmunks jump and chameleons crawl. The meeting with the guide was horrifying, his name is Roman, although he is of our nationality, but not a pleasant type. Not only did his excursions differ significantly in price and volume from local beachboys, he also threatened that if we did not go on excursions with him, there would be problems with leaving the hotel, but everything is fine, of course we didn’t go anywhere with him, and with a guy who lives not far from the Chintaka hotel, he, like a genie, fulfills your every desire, and the people who went with Roma complained. that we didn’t see at least the 3rd part of our excursion, we even became friends in two weeks, he invited the New Year to him, and just to visit, we invited him to a restaurant on the ocean to celebrate his birthday with us, he gave us with him tea 1kg. and I also passed it on to the person whose review we read about him, he really doesn’t know whether he remembered it or not, but he passed it on to him, we had to look for him in classmates, so that he would say the address to which to send greetings from Chintaki, there are very friendly people, we sometimes call him , but there are many tourists and he remembers for a long time, who are very interested in learning more, call (050-413-36-07).
