The administration and the representative of the Pegasus travel agency made empty promises and did nothing, just dragged out time until our departure. Hotel guides do not appear there regularly, it is difficult to catch them. No one understands Russian, they don’t give calls to guides from the reception for free. Instead of help, they sent some boss of maids, who mockingly began to open my bags, either showing that I had hidden the tablet myself, or looking for something else to steal during the next cleaning. When I asked her about the results before leaving, she silently turned her back on me. Theft here happens very often, and it is covered. They even steal from safes. So do not risk with this hotel, even if it is cheaper by 1 thousand rubles. other hotels. The room itself was shabby, not cozy, 4 narrow beds, a large wardrobe, tables, a bench, 1 glass for two and 2 small soaps, there are no Russian channels on TV. The first floor, but there were no cockroaches, only crowds of cats wandered around. For some reason, they rushed to change the linen in front of us on the second day after arrival, they didn’t change it anymore. It is not at all clear with towels, they were rarely changed or simply folded and hung up. There is no noise isolation, you can hear every word of the neighbors. The food is modest and monotonous, there are almost no fruits. For dinner, fish, chicken, vegetables. The husband somehow got poisoned by a little incomprehensible food-vegetables with giblets. In the evening they were given a glass of water and wine. Dirty dishes snatched instantly, a lot of staff in the dining room. Internet in the lobby did not work regularly. The territory is not bad, with palm trees, green figures, a fountain, you can admire the view of the ocean and the mountain, a beautiful sunset over the ocean. The beach is urban and dirty, there are few shops near the hotel, the market is far away, a free small zoo is close, and the population is rogue, clingy, many drunks and beggars, sometimes they offer hashish, tourists can only walk along three streets, it’s dangerous to walk along the rest. Traders can inflate the price by 5 times, they take us for fools, some then drop the price well, but many almost do not concede. It is better to look at things in stores where prices are written, but they are few. It is better to take excursions not at the hotel, but on the embankment in front of the hotel near "Petrovich", 2 times cheaper, their guides speak good Russian. In general, from the rest in this hotel from the Pegasus travel agency there were very unpleasant impressions. We strongly do not recommend.
