В целом - понравилось In general - liked it

Minuses:
1. the three of us were traveling, the tour operator promised triple accommodation, upon arrival it turned out that there was none, they just delivered the bed, since it was at least decent;
2. flight Kyiv-Agadir via Rome. the same tour operator cheated on the flight time, instead of 4 promised, with all the flight delays at the airport-plane were 9 hours;
3. arrived, they gave us a bad room, and while our guide was there, they talked about one room, and settled in another. We made a fuss, in bad English, as there are no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, and they changed our room;
4. excursions. It seems that they were taken to the most terrible and smelly (in the truest sense of the word) places. 1) A sightseeing tour of Agadir began with a smelly port and ended with a terrible market, where it was really scary to walk because of sticky traders; 2) Excursion to Eisuweru - a terribly smelly town; 3) The yacht is a terrible-looking trough.

5. They took all-inclusive, on the day of departure, the room had to be vacated at 12, and the transfer from the hotel at 18, after swearing, we extended the room until 16, naturally for an additional fee. At 16 we checked out of the room "and all inclusive" - ​ ​ ended, two hours spent in the bar were paid in cash. "All inclusive" - ​ ​ until 24.00, BUT! At 23.00 from the bar they stop giving alcohol, like they don’t have time, in fact, in order to be paid after 24.00. Arabs are a greedy people.
6. flight back. The flight was delayed, again we were at the airport-plane for 9 or even 10 hours.
Now for the good and the normal:
The hotel is 4 stars, the way it is, the room is quite spacious, overlooking the pool, cleaned every day, towels were changed too (tip was left).
Food - quite tasty, there was a choice, though there were few fruits. They drank fresh juices, beer and whiskey with cola. Coffee - did not open his eyes in the morning. Be sure to go to the Moroccan evening, the show program is cool, interesting and national food is just super.
Beach - there were always sun loungers for us. Towels too, BUT! Nobody washed them, but simply dried them, since they didn’t take towels with them, then they laid more pareo. Swimming pool - sun loungers and towels for us were always. The water in the pool is quite clean, I dived with my eyes open, my eyes were in place, I didn’t eat bleach.
Service - apart from the above mentioned evening all inclusive, the staff is attentive and nice, and THERE IS A LOT of IT. Animation is a special respect!!!! ! They entertained us all week, from morning to evening, great guys!! ! Goodies. During the day there was entertainment by the pool, in the evening there was a show program, in the bar there was always live music with dances taught by animators.
The contingent is French, Germans, British, Italians and a lot of locals. Mostly couples over 35. And now the most that I liked, there were almost no Russians and Ukrainians in the hotel. Thanks to this, they improved their English.
If we omit all the minuses, and thanks to our excellent mood, I will remember this vacation for a long time. We touched the Arab culture, imbued with the spirit of the country. It was worth going there, but I hardly want to go back there. Not because it's bad, but because there are still a lot of places where you want to visit.
