I’ll start from the very beginning, because when we arrived at the airport and didn’t find the plane with our flight an hour before departure, we thought that the vacation was ruined and starting like that, there would hardly be a significant improvement in the situation in the future. True, by the time of departure and after consultations with the operator sending the tour, we still found out that the flight was delayed by an hour, but the flight would be direct (without refueling in Rome). But to report it, they considered it superfluous. Nevertheless, the plane was delayed for another half an hour, because the queues formed at customs and security control could not let through the entire stream of thirsty and already late passengers in time. Another disappointment awaited already on the plane. For such a flight, and its duration was 6 hours + the time spent waiting for the last passengers was approaching 7 hours, the plane was not well suited - no TVs for you, standard seats, and plus everything was 101% full, because hand luggage it was more than enough. Another disappointment was the complete absence of alcohol on board. In general, the beginning was fun, and we tensed, waiting for the continuation. Taking into account that instead of 6 pm we arrived at 22:00 and already missed the opportunity to swim, walk and use the all-inclusive program, since all the bars should have closed by the time of arrival, we were anxiously waiting for the settlement procedure. I want to admit that we are frequent travelers and have visited Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia and many other countries and represent what a risk it is to arrive and settle late in the evening, when every porter considers himself a god, it is difficult to assess the settlement because of the darkness and there is no one to complain to, because k. all managers are unavailable until the morning. Despite the fact that we went through the customs procedures quickly, we had to wait quite a long time for all the tourists, plus it took about half an hour to get to the city. I want to draw your attention to the fact that, as in other countries, they happily rush to you at the airport to help bring luggage (50 meters) and after that, of course, they demand money. Checking in hotels also took a long time, so we arrived at the hotel at 23:30. And then the pleasant began. Despite the fact that they searched for us for a long time in the lists, the room number was already determined and the keys to it were issued immediately and free of charge. At the same time, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hall. It was not large, but it was decorated like a modern cafe with metal-glass tables and leather or zebra or leopard-style sofas. By the number of people, we realized that this is one of the favorite places for evening communication, especially since the bar there is open until midnight, unlike other places (until 23:00). Another thing that was especially nice was the availability of free Wi-Fi. Since we had a computer with us, my daughter squealed with happiness. True, it was difficult for us to find where on the territory it is located, but in the end it turned out that even in the room. Given the lack of nightlife (which we discovered on the first night), it was a great help in entertaining my older daughter. I say right away that if you are not going with your cheerful company, there will be nothing to do at night (except sleep) in the hotel. We were immediately given a bottle of water for the night. A trifle, but nice. By the way, you could get a bottle of water at the reception every evening. We immediately examined the room and were pleasantly surprised. Room for 4. (2 adults + bunk bed for children). Room 25 meters with a balcony on a small garden. The view is not chic, but decent. There is no bathroom, but a decent enough shower. Toilet with bidet. Large and decent towels, soap and shampoo. In general, everything is decent enough. We were immediately offered to go to a bar near the pool, where we could have a bite to eat. The pool bar was already closed, but they brought us a few glasses of wine to put us in the mood, which was very welcome. In general, the staff were very friendly, the only thing was that they spoke mainly French and with some difficulty in English, which made communication difficult. Nevertheless, within the framework of bring / give knowledge, there was enough, and we did not need more. What was even more annoying was that everyone greeted us in Polish. And only then began to wonder where. By the third day, it was already seriously annoying. From this they concluded that the Russians and Ukrainians were still a curiosity for them. But everyone got tired of reporting where we were from, and when ignored, some were offended and even cursed afterward, which also did not add optimism and good mood. It would be nice if the hotel management would work in this direction and explain that if the guests do not speak, then this is their business, after all they are guests. We were given a pizza, its quality left much to be desired, but at that time we were happy with this. We did not find a Russian channel in our room, although other families said that they had one. But taking into account the knowledge of English and the availability of discs with films, we did not really need it. Judging by the fact that it was satellite TV, I think it could be asked to set it up, but this is so for the future. The night passed quietly. And in the morning we began to survey the territory. What struck me first was the lack of sun by 9 am. The breakfast was ok. Eggs - fried and scrambled eggs right there with you, boiled on request. Vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers. Pancakes and buns. Terrible sausage, cheese and we liked the pâ té . Fruits. Drinks and coffee and tea. Fresh, as the operator told us, we did not find, but it was possible to eat. Then we went for a walk around the area. The seats at the central pool were already occupied and we settled down at the second largest pool. There were 4 in total. In the future, in order to take a place, it was necessary to get up at 7 in the morning. True, there was a rule that if you did not appear by 10:30 - 11:00 (and so every hour), then the pool intendant took off all the towels, giving those who wanted to sit down. The rest of the territory was quite large, beautiful, well-groomed and containing a large number of entertainment, starting with a children's club (with verandas, playgrounds and its own pool) and ending with tennis courts, football, volleyball courts, golf, ping-pong and a huge number of others. equipped places. We were surprised when we found out that there are only 28 animators in the hotel!! ! Therefore, even with a large number of living people, they "stretched" the people over the territory and there was no feeling of overpopulation. Visiting the ocean caused twofold sensations. Beautiful and boundless and at the same time carelessly. One thing pleases not only for our hotel, but such a practice. Even at the first-line hotels, the beaches were quite limited in size, in addition, in order to enter the water, you need to go through part of the local population, where women sitting dressed and looking like enemies of the people and men openly staring and trying to chat. Feelings are not pleasant. The water is quite dirty and salty. After it, salt stains immediately appear and under the influence of a breeze you burn out instantly. As for our beach specifically, in order to reach it you had to walk min. 10 along a path surrounded by a construction site, which is not very pleasant. Therefore, the beach went much less than we would like. The weather also helped. Who would have thought that in Africa in August you can freeze. Yes it is. Out of 6 days, 3 days were without sun at all. And one of them with such fog that everything was wet like during the rain and, accordingly, on the beach with the wind and such humidity it was more than cool. I'm not talking about the evenings when it was just really cold. Therefore, do not flatter yourself and take blouse jackets. On the other hand, in the rooms without air conditioning, and in the rooms there are none, we slept under the covers at night. And during the day, they could not complain about the heat. The meeting with the guide went quickly. We took a trip to Marrakech (but that's an additional story). On the second day, the guide knew less than we did about the service and conditions. But after clarification, she confirmed that all drinks (including imported ones) are included in our all-inclusive program. It is difficult to understand, but the guide here also acts not as an intermediary and defender of our interests, but as a representative of the hotel. Instead of finding out again and asking for tourists, it is easier to refuse or remain silent. For example, we were not warned that we could ask for an early breakfast when leaving for an excursion and the guide immediately gave us the opportunity to transfer the lost first day to the last, when from 12 to 19 we had to live somehow. Everything was decided, but the bad impression remained. And the first reaction of the guide to the remark, I told you. At the same time, not one of the tourists could remember this. To finish the hotel, I will say a few more words about food and eviction. Nutrition. Yes, I must say it is special. . This is mainly due to seasonings and the selection of products in dishes. They are not familiar to us, so problems may arise even with fresh products. But there are also real problems. The plates are almost all chipped (very unpleasant), there are a lot of flies, in the early days some cooks worked without disposable gloves. I don’t know what happened there, but towards the end the situation improved a little. The French must have complained. As for the food itself. We practically did not eat salads, but there was not a bad choice of meat dishes, I really liked the presence of vegetable side dishes - cauliflower, pelustka, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, etc. Very tasty. There were 2 types of soup for lunch and dinner. A lot of fruits. Ice cream - for a fee. As for snacks, we saw tea at 16:00 with cookies or buns and sandwiches (in a very limited number) and pizza at 22:00. All other snacks were not found. As for drinks, there were no complaints either in terms of quality or quantity. Eviction. The hotel could not be extended for the last day due to a large check-in, but we were given coupons for lunch and drinks (despite the assurances of the guide that the hotel does not do this), which was nice. Marokesh. The tour started an hour later. There are 2 times, as planned on the tour, what they give in the heat of 40 degrees is simply physically impossible, and all drinks are paid. Everywhere around / running. They even ran through the medina so that they could not even buy souvenirs. Free time is not given. Yes, and you won’t walk much, even if the soles bake (this is how the asphalt warms up). On the road, despite their exhortations, expect to stay up to 5 hours each way. And if you were in the Mausoleum in Tunisia and in the pink city in India, you have nothing to do in Morocco at all. In the end, they refused dinner and left for the hotel 2 hours earlier. So look. What else is useful1) Do not change a lot of money at once, because they will not be accepted at Duty free on the way back. 2) Take a certificate, although it is not easy if you plan to change them back3) Near the lower exit from the hotel (as you go to the beach) there is a souvenir kiosk. You won't find better prices anywhere else.
