We arrived at the hotel. The room is dirty, only bed linen is fresh, the bathroom is dirty. sink and toilet are dirty. Towels and bed linen are old, dilapidated, with permanent stains. For 9 days they never cleaned it (and they didn’t clean it before us either), only they took out the garbage and gave one roll of toilet paper. BUT! On the last day and the paper ended at the hotel. There was no light in the hallway, it took three days to change the bulb. From the boiler and from the tank dripped onto the floor. For the past two days, the light in the toilet has been flashing. We contacted the front desk, to no avail. Receptionists just smile and do nothing. Terrible dirt in the room!! !
