The villa is not bad, but there are nuances.

Traveled with my husband in September 2016.
Pros:
1. The villa is located 2-3 minutes walk from the sea and the promenade.
2. View from the window to the sea and mountains.
3. The villa is new, so everything is nice and new.
Minuses:
1. The villa is located next to the highway, so it is impossible to sleep with an open balcony - it is terribly noisy (the room has air conditioning, so for those who like to sleep under air conditioning, this does not matter). We were lucky, we had a corner room (23), and in addition to the balcony window, there were two side windows that did not overlook the highway.

2. There is no food at the villa, so if you take a room with breakfast or dinner, then you will eat at the Anita Hotel (it's a 2-minute walk from the villa). We had breakfasts. It's not a buffet, it's a la carte. Choice of either scrambled eggs, or scrambled eggs, or sausages. They are given rolls with butter and jam and tea or coffee to choose from. Juices, milk are just awful! The impression is that they are diluted with water. Tea, apparently, is brewed from bags in a common kettle, from which it is poured for you. And all this every day without change and variety. There are many cafes and restaurants on the waterfront (and there are also around the villa), which also provide breakfast. My advice: when booking this villa, do not order meals. Find out on the spot.
