Villa Irena 3 * (the one where the owners are the family Irena and Sergio) is located in the village of Becici (between Budva and the village of Rafailovichi), 7 minutes walk from the hill to the beach. It is very calm and quiet here, the noise from the main road, and even more so from the beach, is not heard in the villa. In total there are 7 rooms in the villa for vacationers. On the first floor there is one two-room suite with a small porch. Another 6 rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The owners live on the 3rd floor of the villa. Only one holiday apartment #2 has a balcony (triple room). For the rest of the rooms - one large terrace (on the second floor), where there are tables, chairs, flowers. The categories of rooms are as follows: a tiny double room with a bathroom (there are 2 of them.
at the villa) room #3 - a small double room with a bathroom, facing the terrace; room #4 - meter dressing room (aka the kitchen, where there is a sink for washing dishes, a cupboard with dishes, a refrigerator, an electric stove), a double room (a wardrobe, two beds and bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a folding chair) and a small bathroom (toilet, sink, shower tray, faucet, curtains). The owners work through an agency, they do not rent rooms directly to tourists. Many vacationers who bought a tour from the "Russian Express" were surprised when they checked in by the categories of rooms provided. The misunderstandings are due to the fact that the sites do not have a detailed description of the rooms of this villa (besides, there are two villas in Becici with the name Irena, and there is no mention of the categories of rooms for rent. The cost of rooms is naturally different.

"Russian Express" may surprise you by the fact that your names are not on the list of residents at all (as it turned out with us, representatives of the tour operator tried to push us to another hotel in a terrible room).

The villa is very comfortable, located in a quiet place, it is convenient to get to the beach, shop, pharmacy, Budva.

The hosts are very attentive and friendly, the rooms are cleaned every other day, towels are changed, there are shared clothes dryers on the terrace. Water is heated separately in each room by a boiler (sometimes you need to turn it on in advance), it’s not hot to sleep at night, it’s good to sit on the terrace in the evening. There is free Wi-Fi.
