They put us and our child in a room on the ground floor with a view...of a rusty roof and iron stairs on the other side. Of course, I didn't pay for such a view from the window. I went to the reception and asked to change the room, to which the girls at the reception immediately changed their attitude towards us and refused us, noting that "our voucher does not indicate a special view from the window". So the voucher indicates that if they want a sea view, there is always an extra charge for this, I didn't really care about a view of the sea or the mountains or the city BUT not the roof and iron stairs! Moreover, this is also the ground floor and there is a utility room below from which there was constant knocking, rattling, etc. (and I just wanted silence). I left a comment on the website. The travel agent recommended coming in the morning, well, maybe there really weren't any rooms available, in the morning there were already other girls at the reception, who at first discussed me with a displeased look among themselves, that I had left a bad review on the website and had also come to ask for something, and then of course they replied that there were no rooms available??? ? That is, I paid a lot of money for the hotel and they are still discussing me in my presence. Guys, are you serious??? ? This is a disgrace for the hotel! There should be respect for guests!
Well, ok, we decided not to waste our vacation because of likes and enjoy our vacation.
Service: the food is monotonous (we had breakfast + dinner) for the whole week we ate the same thing, because nothing on the menu changed. The potatoes were always oversalted, the pizza is just thick dough, a little sauce and even less cheese. We tried it once, we didn't want another one. In the summer season, the only fruits were bananas, apples, oranges (in the morning) and watermelon and melon for dinner. That's it.
When we left breakfast, my daughter took a banana to eat on the way to the beach, so they didn't let us out with it??? ? The rules say that you can't take food out of the dining room, but we didn't go with a whole bunch of bananas, it was only one banana. This rule is written in all hotels, but if you take 1 unit, you can safely go. I paid for breakfast, why can't I take 1 banana and eat it wherever I want?
The room: it was not cleaned once during the whole week! When we checked in, there was a cobweb in the room, soap scum in the bathroom was not washed off (so dried and remained), mold on the ceiling, towels were changed once. They just came and folded the blankets differently and hung the towels differently. The cord in the hair dryer is falling apart - wires are sticking out, the bathroom door is rotten, dirt and mold everywhere. In general - horror. There is no Internet in the room, there is a TV but no Internet.
It is clear that a lot of money has been invested in the design of the hotel, but there is simply zero money invested in service and cleanliness.
Do I advise you to go on vacation to Montenegro? Yes! It is beautiful, the sea is wonderful.

The hotel was chosen by me. Focused on the fact that there were sun loungers and an umbrella PAID ALREADY IMMEDIATELY FROM THE HOTEL. On the first day I took a sunbed that I like, next to the sea. The "head of the beach" flies up to me and starts to kick me out, explaining this by the fact that people occupied the sunbeds at 6 in the morning. This lawlessness lasted all 12 days of my vacation. The sunbeds on the 1st row were free all day. But in fact it was like this: this "director" laid towels on these sunbeds from the night, and then went to sell them (I saw how he let people down and took money) !!! ! That is, when buying a tour, I paid for sunbeds and have to pay for them a second time. To all my complaints to the reception and the Biblio Globe tour operator, the answer was that it was an order from the hotel management to set aside this first row for their relatives. So WE PAY YOU!!! ! And we have the right to demand services for our money. My vacation was ruined!

Restaurant without queues with numerous tables. The hotel has its own beach and this is very important, you don’t have to look for a place under the sun (strangers are kicked out). Sun loungers and umbrellas for free. True, if you want to relax in the first or second row from the shore, you will have to take a deck chair early, at 6 in the morning throw a towel or pareo on the deck chair. If this is not important to you, then there will definitely be enough space for everyone, there are enough rows with sun loungers for the Tara hotel. The beach is excellent, the sand, the sea is an amazing turquoise color. The sea is close to the hotel, no need to cross the highway, as the inhabitants of the villas did. Rest is quiet and peaceful. The hotel does not have a children's playground, but this did not infringe on us. Half the day we lay on the beach, then a little by the pool. The town of Budva is very close and we went there almost every evening to relax: shops, attractions, amusement parks, cafes and other entertainment. We went to Budva through the tunnel, about 30 minutes. The tunnel is civilized, illuminated, without cars. reached right up to the fortress - almost the end of Budva. In general, the holiday was a success. We are all delighted with the rest and recommend it to everyone.

Made in a modern style, in a combination of glass and metal, but there was no discomfort from this, but on the contrary. Glass elevators are a fairy tale! The rooms are good: bright rooms, good furniture, plasma on the wall, the air conditioner worked well, but most of all I liked the so-called windows !!! ! Fully glass opening in the wall with a sliding system, like in a closet. Bathroom fixtures are good. I generally love all these things. To make it pleasant to touch, open that tap and close it. Anyone who knows a lot about good plumbing will understand me. Towels were changed every day, shampoos, gels, creams as they were used, bedding was changed every three days, cleaning was carried out every day and unnoticed by us. The food is good. Costs are monotonous, but lunch and dinner are varied and everything is delicious. Many meat dishes, pastries, pancakes are very tasty, various fruits. Drinks at any time (I read in a previous review that it was only for dinner, this is not true) there may have been no wine for breakfast, I won’t say it, but there was always for lunch and dinner. But drinks in the form of juices are always and in any quantity, we even saw how people filled bottles with them. And coffee is only served for breakfast. No lunch or dinner. But if you want to drink a cup of coffee at any other time, then you can always do it at the bar, but for an additional fee. plan if you don't have all inclusive. Now about the beach. The beach is free for guests of the Tara hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas are free only for those vacationers who do not have breakfast. This is the policy of the hotel. But for towels they paid 0.5 euros. The beach is small-pebbly, the pebbles are very small, but we didn’t go without flip-flops, because in the sun these pebbles got very hot and became hot, and the sea was fabulous: the water was warm, clean. In general, the nature there is very beautiful. There is something to see. We took two excursions: To Dubrovnik (Croatia) with a visit to Fr. Lokrum and the Pirate Journey. We ordered excursions from our meeting party (Prometheus) and were very satisfied. The guides are Russian young ladies, they told us everything in a very entertaining and interesting way. We had audio tours, which is also very convenient. The only downside of the hotel is the small area. But we had enough space. We did not sit by the pool, because the sea is 100 meters away. To the sea we walked along a shady palm alley exactly 2 minutes. They specially timed it)))) Some animations were held (I saw girls at the pool who worked with children) but not as often as I would like. On the beach, only once they held a competition for the best sand castle. The main prize was a cake from the hotel. The winning team from Eaterinburg was not greedy and shared this cake with all the participants, so we ate this cake together Ukraine and Russia in a friendly company))) And in the evening someone sang, but we only got to these chants once and only because I. Talkov's song "Summer Rain" sounded in broken Russian, but we must pay tribute to the performer - it sounded beautiful. And on the day of departure they had a salsa evening. But in the neighboring hotel Montenegro, various evening animation programs were constantly held, so we went to that hotel. What else I want to say that all the hotels: that Montenegro, that Meditiran, that Iberostar are in very close proximity to the Tara hotel and immediately we thought that this was the territory of our hotel))) we leave Tara at one exit - we get to Montenegro at the other exit-Iberostar))) then they laughed at themselves))) What else would you like to write ? ! Probably the prices. The pricing policy is about the same as in Kyiv +; - . Cocktails from 5 to 8 euros. Visiting card of Montenegro wine Vranac from 7 euros and above. To eat for two with a child outside the walls of the hotel cost us 20 euros, but the portions are really very large. You can safely order 1 serving for two. And at what, if you ordered one meat, then along with the meat there was some kind of salad and french fries. Too bad I didn't take a picture of the portion. I rested with my wife in Montenegro at the Tara Hotel, Becici from 24.06. until 08.07. 2012. We were in Montenegro for the first time. Before that - Turkey, Egypt, Spain. Rest were satisfied. Now more.
Departure from Kharkov at 7:35, at the beginning of the eleventh local time (1 hour difference) were at the hotel, settled us at 12:30 instead of 14:00. Room on the 2nd floor facing east with pool and mountain views. Go to the sea 150 m along the palm alley, which did not bother at all. The beach is wide, coarse sand, entry into the sea - a strip of small pebbles and sand. Water is a song! Here are three pleasant surprises:
- sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for vacationers with meals HB and All (we had HB). For a towel since last year began to take 50 cents;
- at dinner, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (red and white wine, quite good, free of charge);
- In-room safe free of charge.
This spring the hotel was renovated and the furniture was replaced. The beach has new sunbeds and umbrellas.
The room was cleaned and towels changed daily, linen was changed every three days. The air conditioner worked great. Leaving for the beach, they left it on a small mode and the maids did not turn it off.
The food did not cause any complaints about the quality or the assortment. An abundance of fruits both at breakfast and at dinner: peaches, nectarines, kiwi, pineapples, grapes, oranges, apples, melons, watermelons, apricots, plums.
Composition of vacationers: Russian-speaking about 25-30%, the rest are residents of the former Yugoslavia. The age composition is pensioners (including us) and young couples with children from babies. And in the hotel, and walking along the embankments of Becici and Budva, they did not hear Western European speech.
What some travelers may not like:
- The territory of the hotel is small;
- Animation for both children and adults, one might say, is missing. Two girls entertaining themselves near the bar don't count. There is not even a stage or platform for animation. There is no playground and no one cares for children.
Upon arrival, the water temperature was invigorating, and somewhere from the second of July it warmed up sharply and became 25 degrees, and the air temperature was over 30.
Excursions. We went to the canyons, I advise everyone. Drive through Montenegro from south to north, enjoy nature and air. We visited Dubrovnik (Croatia) with a tour. This tour was not taken from a tour operator, which we later regretted. The difference in price in the end turned out to be small, but it was carried out carelessly.
Once again, I note that the rest was a success. But this does not happen, that everything is very good. The flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. This is not so much, but the air conditioning and ventilation system has not been working at the Tivat airport for more than a month, and waiting for the plane for 4 hours in a stuffy hall at an air temperature well over 30 is another test.

Departure from Kharkov at 7:35, at the beginning of the eleventh local time (1 hour difference) were at the hotel, settled us at 12:30 instead of 14:00. Room on the 2nd floor facing east with pool and mountain views. Go to the sea 150 m along the palm alley, which did not bother at all. The beach is wide, coarse sand, entry into the sea - a strip of small pebbles and sand. Water is a song! Here are three pleasant surprises:
- sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for vacationers with meals HB and All (we had HB). For a towel since last year began to take 50 cents;
- at dinner, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (red and white wine, quite good, free of charge);
- In-room safe free of charge.
This spring the hotel was renovated and the furniture was replaced. The beach has new sunbeds and umbrellas.
The room was cleaned and towels changed daily, linen was changed every three days. The air conditioner worked great. Leaving for the beach, they left it on a small mode and the maids did not turn it off.
The food did not cause any complaints about the quality or the assortment. An abundance of fruits both at breakfast and at dinner: peaches, nectarines, kiwi, pineapples, grapes, oranges, apples, melons, watermelons, apricots, plums.
Composition of vacationers: Russian-speaking about 25-30%, the rest are residents of the former Yugoslavia. The age composition is pensioners (including us) and young couples with children from babies. And in the hotel, and walking along the embankments of Becici and Budva, they did not hear Western European speech.
What some travelers may not like:
- The territory of the hotel is small;
- Animation for both children and adults, one might say, is missing. Two girls entertaining themselves near the bar don't count. There is not even a stage or platform for animation. There is no playground and no one cares for children.
Upon arrival, the water temperature was invigorating, and somewhere from the second of July it warmed up sharply and became 25 degrees, and the air temperature was over 30.
Excursions. We went to the canyons, I advise everyone. Drive through Montenegro from south to north, enjoy nature and air. We visited Dubrovnik (Croatia) with a tour. This tour was not taken from a tour operator, which we later regretted. The difference in price in the end turned out to be small, but it was carried out carelessly.
Once again, I note that the rest was a success. But this does not happen, that everything is very good. The flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. This is not so much, but the air conditioning and ventilation system has not been working at the Tivat airport for more than a month, and waiting for the plane for 4 hours in a stuffy hall at an air temperature well over 30 is another test.
