The staff does not speak Russian, there is no staff at the reception. . . the rest was simply spoiled, because literally everything that surrounds us matters to us, and conditions in the first place! Our claims were stated in writing, after which the owner of the hotel tried to rectify the situation, but it was too late - for tomorrow, fortunately, we left.... The conclusion was made as follows: Montenegro, of course, is a very beautiful country, but Montenegrins are not allowed to sell tourist services in good quality.
