I read the reviews after booking, a little disappointed, but after arriving I was pleasantly surprised that none of the negative aspects were. I especially want to note the convenient location of the hotel - at 5 minutes. availability of 3 supermarkets, market, Old Town, Slavic Beach, and 10 minutes. Mogren beach. I really liked the villa!

For clarification - the review concerns Anita apartments located in Budva, ulica Cetinjska 12 (in my opinion, some photos on the site do not belong to this place). Strengths - location (near the embankment and the old town), the quality of wi-fi (it was good even on the 5th floor), cleaning. Perhaps everything Development zones - I will note 3 main ones: 1) a terrible stench that causes vomiting (I'm not exaggerating) from the pipeline (plugged with a rag). … More ▾ For clarification - the review concerns Anita apartments located in Budva, ulica Cetinjska 12 (in my opinion, some photos on the site do not belong to this place).

Development zones - I will note 3 main ones:

1) a terrible stench that causes vomiting (I'm not exaggerating) from the pipeline (plugged with a rag).

2) noisiness (the road is not far, but that’s not the point, but the fact that the building is made of cardboard without any sound insulation), the small size of the room (neither the toilet door nor the closet door can be opened completely, to go to the washbasin you need to climb over through the toilet or snuggle against the wall and this is only for a thin person).

3) tactless noisy staff (turn on music, open the doors of 2 neighboring rooms and, cleaning them, communicate with each other, if you decide to stay at home to read a book on a cloudy day, it will not work.
Three remarks in a row - they do not react in any way, only obscenities managed to calm them down a bit. But the next day it all happened again.

All other little things already pale against the background of the previous one (there is not a single hanger, a broken ceiling and a protruding light bulb on the ceiling, uncomfortable light (not a single bedside lamp), uncomfortable pillows and a torn sheet with a dirty bedspread, air conditioning on scotch tape).

Regarding parking - there are three parking spaces in the apartments (5 euros per day), but a very narrow and inconvenient check-in (reverse exit), if one of the other 2 parks the car correctly, either you will have to press someone or look for a place in another parking lot.

I hope we never again in our lives come across this kind of apartment. Only strong-willed people are able not to spoil their vacation, living in such conditions.

Fu Fu Fu. The stench from the sewer, the noise from the road, the stink from the refrigerator too, the fungus on the walls, the door handles falling off. To the restaurant stomp and stomp. Ahem. . ahem. . How to say. We arrived at the hotel. Just an ordinary hostel, only more expensive. Photos do not correspond to reality. There is almost no space on the already paid parking lot. Just an ordinary hostel, only more expensive. Photos do not correspond to reality. There is almost no space on the already paid parking lot. If you want to rent a car, then alas, even when you pay for parking in this “beautiful villa”, you will be left without a place. We had paid for breakfast and dinner in another restaurant, to which we were told very rudely and arrogantly that in their divine villa, the restaurant is only in one place. God bless him. . walked 650 meters to eat. The room smelled terrible, but we were told it was normal. The room was not cleaned, the refrigerator stank so terribly that it was not possible to wash it and had to take it out to the balcony so as not to suffocate. In the "Restaurant" breakfasts are monotonous, not everyone will be able to eat something there. After eating these potatoes, fried in bad oil, the stomach of the whole family began to hurt. As a result, from 6 dinners, we went only to 2, then we decided to take care of our health. It feels like it was made from waste. It’s far to go to the sea, but at least the road goes down, but I don’t recommend going back during the day in the heat. . on the way up, you can not reach. The stove and kettle did not work (were broken), they stood only for beauty. Good thing there was a big supermarket nearby. Perhaps this is the only plus of this beautiful place.

I can't find any pros! Upon arrival, I wanted to cry, we were looking for other hotel options... There was an unbearable stench in the room, the air conditioner did not work, the kettle was broken, the toilet did not close, the handles fell off, the linen was dirty, torn... they asked to change the room... in response they received: “if you want better conditions, pay more, for your money get it"
It's just a pig attitude!
Flushed out the sewers! It is impossible to sleep at night, the hotel is right next to the road, there is no soundproofing at all, we were actually shaking at night with every car passing by...
And in no case, do not pay in advance for food! Before the eatery, which feed the tourists of this hotel. . . go a kilometer!! ! For breakfast, there are only rolls, for dinner the same soup all week, which is also poured on about ladles, they save, apparently
We used the services of the tour operator Pilon, whose representative also did not help us, at least, to move to another room.
Draw your own conclusions, please!
PEOPLE come to you to RELAX!

Towels, cleaning - every day. The food was very satisfying, delicious: meat, fresh vegetables, cheese - every day, we didn’t eat bread, it didn’t fit already) We were surprised that they didn’t give drinks at dinner, and they don’t drink black tea there, only chamomile)) If they didn’t have time for dinner , we always left it by prior arrangement right in the room) Everyone is friendly. For outdoor activities, a good budget option - slept, ate - and away we go))

Of the advantages of the Anita Hotel in Bichichi, I can note one thing - a daily change of towels. Everything else is a complete bewilderment. The room is cramped. without natural lighting. because it was converted from a utility room. out of 6 bulbs, 3 were on. it was dark and cramped on the microbalcony. Meals-breakfast is a separate song: monotonous. not tasty. Coffee and milk are so diluted with water. that you can't drink. Omelette. omelette. zucchini. fried bun (indicated on the menu as donuts) fried in oil very second-hand. The bread is not fresh. Service is extremely slow. Noise from continuously moving traffic, even with the windows closed.

As is often the case with "Biblio Globus", they should have lived in another villa (near Mogren beach and the old town), but they brought us to the other end of Budva... We had a little fight, for this we received a free tour from Biblio Globus (you, on a note! ) . About the hotel: Very modest rooms, from appliances (conder + refrigerator), you have to buy water (they don’t give it there), they cleaned every day. Breakfasts and dinners are also very modest, so we went to “catch up” in a cafe not far away (“Kangaroo or "Kuzina"). Perhaps the only disadvantage of this hotel is sleepless nights, VERY NOISY : ( Music from a neighboring restaurant, a busy highway, all this will be under your windows... sometimes songs and jokes of the hotel staff. If you value sleep, ask for the windows did not face the reception!
About the location of the hotel: there is a shop nearby (like our "five"), a bus stop, a public beach 10 minutes walk, but it's terrible there! I advise you to walk to the beach "Mogren" (20-25 minutes, 2 sun loungers + umbrella 15 euros, take water with you, it costs 3 euros there). nothing, and swimming is dangerous for life - very large stones. (2 sunbeds + umbrella -10 euros). There is a bus stop next to the villa, so you can get to any beach (there are about 1 of them near Budva and they are all different, but you need to understand that the better the beach, the more expensive the inventory, on the "Royal" beach, for example, sunbeds for 70 euros , in Rafailovici and Becici is also not bad... There is nothing to do in Budva itself, I advise you to visit as many excursions as possible and move around on your own more) I wish you all the best !!!; )

We stayed in July 2016. . . The room is very poor, dirty, in need of repair, as is the bathroom. . . the air conditioner was never serviced, when turned on it emitted a smell of dampness and was a concentrate of accumulated pathological bacteria. . . It was noisy even with the windows closed. The towels were very hard, as they removed from the dryer - they brought it (they did not see the iron). Breakfast is a different story - it is better to die of hunger than to eat what was offered.... There was always a mess on the summer terrace, where the attendants dried towels and their personal belongings, so they were not allowed to sunbathe on a sun lounger, especially in the jacuzzi. . . the pride of the hotel, the hammam never worked. . . The staff does not speak Russian, there is no staff at the reception. . . the rest was simply spoiled, because literally everything that surrounds us matters to us, and conditions in the first place! Our claims were stated in writing, after which the owner of the hotel tried to rectify the situation, but it was too late - for tomorrow, fortunately, we left.... The conclusion was made as follows: Montenegro, of course, is a very beautiful country, but Montenegrins are not allowed to sell tourist services in good quality. This applies not only to accommodation, but also to the quality of the beach area (large pebbles, very deep), shopping facilities (they always tried to cheat), catering points (unsanitary conditions in cooking places, and dirty tablecloths, lack of napkins and many other unpleasant little things. . . ) The only place in Montenegro where the level of service is a little higher is Duke Novi (probably due to the presence of more European tourists). . . For the amount invested in a vacation in Montenegro, you could have a great rest in Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt in a five-star hotel and feel comfortable.... .

Upon arrival in Montenegro, the travel agency delighted us: "Girls, you have a resettlement, you will live in another place. " Well, zashib, we thought, and were already upset. When we were brought to the apartment, we realized that getting here was fate! We met the charming Sludge, and she met us at the apartment. She almost did not speak Russian at all, but we were on the same wavelength and understood each other perfectly. The room was wonderful. Studio with all conveniences: a kitchen, a giant bed, a refrigerator, Wi-fi, but most importantly, a transparent door to the loggia and an awesome view of the mountains. We regularly brought clean towels and took out the trash. The old town is a stone's throw from here: 2 minutes and you are there. Not far, about 5-10 minutes, and Mogren beach, the coolest in Budva. The rest here was unforgettable: ) Hvaaaaala! I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret))) Oh, yes, and also, at the exit from the apartment we were met by a lime tree and Bougainvillea!
