НЕТ СЛОВ.УЖАС. NO WORDS. HORROR.

We stayed in this "hotel" for 14 days. We were settled just on the ground floor, in a 3x3 meter room filled with ants, with an Ilyich light bulb, overlooking the garbage heap and the ventilation pipe of their kitchen brought out to our side. The door to the balcony could only be opened with great effort. A few days later the door just fell off.
They refused to provide us with a new room, and they tried not to communicate with us at all for the entire subsequent stay in the "hotel".
The last 4 days we still managed to live in a more or less tolerable room on the second floor.
On the day of departure, we were asked to vacate the room by 12.00. I note that the bus came for us at 17.00. We were offered to change clothes after the beach before leaving in the utility room, where those. staff kept buckets, mops, etc. How do you like it? Here is the service!
I will also say that this "hotel" has good rooms, which are located in the new building. In the old one, coziness and comfort are out of the question.
If you are lucky enough to get into the new building, then you are lucky. But to be honest, I really do not recommend this "hotel".
