I was in Montenegro for the first time and just fell in love with this country! Beautiful untouched nature. There is no industry on the territory of the country, developed infrastructure, well, in general, an ideal place to relax! As for Villa Bata, I can say that it is fully consistent with its 3 *. Yes, there is no shampoo in the room (well, in my opinion, few people use shampoos that are offered even in 5 ** hotels), the room is cleaned moderately, towels are changed every other day, bed linen 2 times a week. … More ▾ I was in Montenegro for the first time and just fell in love with this country!

But on the other hand, the villa has constantly hot water, unlike other villas that have solar panels. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, cups and teaspoons.
The owner of the villa is a very friendly person, you can approach him on any issue.
There is no kitchen in the villa, well, in my opinion, it is not needed at all there. A bunch of cafes, restaurants, shops located next to the villa will not let you stay hungry.
Budva is a beautiful city where you can have a good time. We spent little time at the villa itself.
The villa is located in a good area, the road to the beach lies through the park. Walk to the old town at a slow pace for about 20 minutes.
In general, I was satisfied with the rest!

came from dad. dirt in the room. the cleaning lady cleans with her eyes closed, there is a terrible flood in the bathroom, the drain does not work well, there is no curtain, many even did not have hooks for towels. hair was dried with a hairdryer in a puddle, because the mirror was only in the bathroom, there was no soap, shampoo, cups, spoons in the room, we bought everything ourselves. … More ▾ came from dad. dirt in the room. the cleaning lady cleans with her eyes closed, there is a terrible flood in the bathroom, the drain does not work well, there is no curtain, many even did not have hooks for towels.
hair was dried with a hairdryer in a puddle, because the mirror was only in the bathroom, there was no soap, shampoo, cups, spoons in the room, we bought everything ourselves.
the bed was changed once every 12 days. towels in about a day. The balcony was not cleaned at all. Everything had to be cleaned with paper towels. the upstairs neighbors had air conditioning dripping onto our balcony.
the benefit is that the villa is not on the roadway, there are many shops and cafes around. where they cook something similar to Slavic food (not at all expensive 7-8 euros)

I want to leave my review about the villa "Bata". I want to note right away that I really liked the rest as a whole, I definitely want to visit this country a couple more times. I hope that the review will be objective, for me this trip was not the first, so there is something to compare. I want to note right away that I really liked the rest as a whole, I definitely want to visit this country a couple more times. I hope that the review will be objective, for me this trip was not the first, so there is something to compare. Rest is completely different from the "hotel" version of Turkey, Greece, Egypt. We chose Montenegro as an option for an economical, budget vacation. Whether we succeeded or not, you yourself determine at the end of the review.
Villas were built in Budva, according to approximately the same principle. Private 3.4-storey buildings with a cozy and at the same time economical interior. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. Villa "Bata" as written, meets its 2 *, no more. Just want to draw attention to a typo, not 100 meters from the sea, but 1000 meters from the city beach!! ! All other villas about which they write 300m. , also nonsense. , closer than 500-800 m. there is no pitchfork. !! ! (we had the opportunity to check, the phone had a "pedometer", so my friend and I measured).
The rooms themselves have: hair dryer, TV. small refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner, one small towel per person. Ironing and ironing facilities on each floor. Missing: soap, shampoo. toilet paper (sorry) they asked for 3 days, then they bought it themselves, there is no curtain in the shower stall in the bathroom, water pours on the floor, no rug, no towels, eternal flood, there is nothing to wipe the floor, there is nowhere to dry swimwear, the cleaning lady comes every day, “Poyalozit” with a rag and the dirt remains everywhere as it was before. I wiped the floors with my own hands, bought toilet paper. I want to note right away that suddenly (I hope so) the owner of the villa will read the review, we lived on the 4th floor in room 20, there are several cleaners. Maybe all these are trifles and in fact we only came to the room to spend the night, but from such trifles the whole picture emerges. We rested 12 days-11 nights, the bed was changed 1 time and it was nice. Regarding the floor and the room, who will go to this villa, an incomparable plus was the view of the mountains (there is no sea view, as you already understood, because the villas are low and the sea is far away, mostly the view is only on the neighboring villa). We consciously took the last floor and towards the mountains, that morning on a tiny balcony with a cup of tea was simply divine.
We had the opportunity to visit the villas "Anna" (this villa is clearly overpriced, although the villa itself is good), "Belyana", "Belyana-Lux", "Joana" - all three villas are one level better than "Bata". If you are faced with a choice, I recommend Belyan, Belyan Lux and Joana, they are located across the fence from each other. All three in a row and all three are the same (do not pay attention to the word LUX, there are no differences). But none of these villas have such a beautiful view of the mountains!! ! We have covered some disadvantages with this advantage.
All three villas have towels, shampoos, soap, shower curtains, clothes dryers, washbasins and kitchens (there are only a few rooms without kitchens, check with the tour operator). You can always cook breakfast or lunch in your room. if there is such a need. I’ll return to “Bata” in this villa, savings are visible in everything: beds, chairs, a bathroom, I got the impression that the villa was built, but there was not enough money to install plumbing and furniture, and everything was finished very, very economically and cheaply. In other villas, the decor and furniture were quite decent. Another unpleasant incident, when we flew home, I did not find a velor bag with one pair of gold, one pair of silver earrings and one pair of jewelry. There was no way to tell the owner, and I didn’t want to spoil the mood before the flight, I understand that it was my own fault, I just put it in the pocket of my suitcase. All suspicions of course on the cleaning lady, but not a thief is caught, I have no right to blame.
In any case, it’s up to you to go to this hotel or to another one, it seems to me that I have already written so many nasty things that it turned out to be “anti-advertising”, but everything was not so bad and I didn’t think that the review would turn out to be negative, for comparison I’ll write that the ticket was worth for one person, for 11 nights - 325 €, the price is very reasonable, it pleased us, so decide for yourself, but we were generally satisfied. Special thanks to the owner of "Bata", my heavy suitcase (with an iron, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels and a boiler - I carried all this because I did not find a review about the hotel, you no longer need to carry something, you are already aware). So, thanks to the owner for lifting my suitcase and carrying it with his own hands to the 4th floor, thank you very much, I would have obviously overstrained myself. For tourists who are going to fly, I strongly recommend taking at least 500 € per person with you, otherwise you will starve and you will not see excursions (on average, an excursion costs 30 €), in this case, no rest, no impressions will seem pleasant. All the best to you and enjoy your holiday. Hope my review is helpful. Good luck!! !

I was at this villa at the end of June. Villa though new, but no! The rooms are small, one-room, no kitchen. Although the agency promised 2 rooms and a kitchen-studio, this did not happen. But that's the agency's fault. In principle, you can live, the furniture is new, the bathroom is very small, the shower is a tray even without a curtain. … More ▾ I was at this villa at the end of June. Villa though new, but no! In principle, you can live, the furniture is new, the bathroom is very small, the shower is a tray even without a curtain. Hot water from solar panels and in the morning was always cold, not heated enough. The first 2 days, when it rained all day, it did not heat up at all. Cleaned very badly, practically not cleaned. They didn’t even put toilet paper on time, I even had to buy it myself in the store. Towels were given only for the face and changed in 10 days 2 or 3 times. The bed was changed only once. And the balcony is very small, two people could barely fit on a chair. And instead of a kitchen there was a kettle and a refrigerator. And instead of 350 m, it turned out to be about 1 km to the beach, although we tried different roads. 15-20 minutes on foot.
In general, the villa sucks. I still wanted comfort. The only plus is that it is quiet, because. away from the streets and cars do not drive around. Well, the price was still reasonable.
But Montenegro will certainly leave the best impressions for you! An amazingly beautiful country!
But this is the merit of nature! : )))
