Considering that this year my wife and I chose our vacation based on the information on this site, we consider it our duty to help others who want to have a good rest make their choice.
We purchased a ticket in Minsk at the Soft-tour company, the tour operator was the Inter-City company. We note Irina from the Soft Tour, who, when choosing a vacation spot, competently offered a lot of options for recreation in Montenegro, described hotels, beaches, and attractions. Given that we asked for a more active and urban holiday, we were offered Budva, and not the more calm and measured Becici and Petrovac. According to the reviews on the site, we chose Villa Lutovac (and were not mistaken). Irina immediately gave us room 9 for two with a gorgeous view of the sea and the city.
The day before the flight we were given tickets, insurance and vouchers. In one ticket, a typo was made in the name, but both companies worked quickly and made changes to the tickets. So there are no complaints about them.

Upon arrival in Podgorica, we were met by the guide Elena, who gave out so much information along the way that it was not possible to remember right away, but later all of it turned out to be very useful.
Upon arrival, we were personally visited by the owner of the villa Sveto (emphasis on E) Lutovac. Charismatic person. The villa is not his only business, but he treats him (and especially his guests) with all respect. All our small requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. As they wrote earlier on the site, the owner has his own cafe Street, for guests of the villa there is a 10% discount. Everything is very tasty there, not to be compared with fast food on the boulevards (albeit more expensive).
Our room (9), as was warned in Minsk, was small, but not as small as our predecessor writer wrote: quite freely it accommodated a double bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a chest of drawers and a kitchenette. We didn't measure it, but there will be 12-15 meters. The bathroom, though combined, but only for one person: very small)). But here is the terrace (and there is also a balcony overlooking the mountains) 20 meters and with such a gorgeous view that, in principle, you can not go anywhere)).
For those who want to relax with such a view, we inform you that in this villa there are such terraces in rooms 4-5 (one floor below) and 8-9. We don’t know about the first ones, but number 8 is a two-room apartment.
About the quality of cleaning, it should be said that we listened to our guide about tips accepted everywhere: 1-1.5 euros per day and you will have a rug in the bathroom, a bucket for water in the toilet (for those who cannot flush after themselves), bed linen was changed for us, if not every day, then every other day, not to mention the washed dishes, the floor, the bathroom.
For entertainment, visit excursions. We recommend the Boka Katorsky Bay (with swimming in a cave), the Ostrog Monastery (if you are afraid of heights, do not ride a big tourist bus: really scary serpentines ; -)), Cetinje (the administrative capital of Montenegro), and instead of canyons, go rafting (really go about 4 hours one way). Listen to the guide, he will not advise bad.

In short, a lot of warm impressions were brought from vacation. Next time we will definitely take our children with us to Villa Lutovac. Many thanks to Sveto and Elena.
