I was with my husband at Villa Radzhen in July 2012. I must say right away that the village of St. Stefan is a very quiet and secluded place, so if you plan to hang out at discos, you better relax in Budva. But if you are planning to retire and completely devote your vacation to romance - you are right here - at Villa Rajen. The villa is located at the very foot of the mountain, the slope of which is covered with firs and cedars - the smell is just awesome, the birds sing all day long - just a paradise. The villa is not noisy, mostly young couples (like us) without children rested. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is good - eggs, several types of ham, yogurt, muesli, rolls, cookies, jams - a standard European breakfast. To the sea you need to walk a little down the stairs, the beach is urban, but the entrance is free. True, if you want to use sun loungers and umbrellas, you need to pay extra, but we bought an umbrella in a local shop for 12 euros, and sunbathed on our towels. The sea is very clean and calm. Do not believe the local sellers who are trying to sell you slippers from sea urchins - they are not in the bathing area, at a depth of 5-10 meters, yes they are, but you will not reach the bottom there : -) Although the bottom is quite rocky, and if your feet not familiar, it is better to still buy slippers. The water is like glass, you can see the bottom far ahead : -) We always dined at the Draco cafe - not far from the Tea 2 shop - the cuisine is excellent, the portions are large, the prices are reasonable, but there are a lot of visitors at lunchtime, so you need to guess - go or go 13 or after 15 : -) I advise you to take a walk to the Milocer park - walk from the center - 10-15 minutes walk, but you have to go uphill and then go down. But those landscapes that open from the mountain are worth the effort.
