We rested at the SUMET villa in September 2013. Before leaving, I looked for reviews, found only one, but there is little information there. I will try to clarify the questions in more detail. So: the villa is located 300 m from the sea (as it says in the description), in fact, there are 365 steps to the beach, steep and not very steep. I specifically chose this location to walk more and train my legs, because. no time to do exercises at home. I went to the beach 3 times a day X for 365 steps, it turns out a good workout. The husband mastered only one descent and ascent, and then with curses, but he also received a little training.
The beach is municipal, paid, or rather not a paid beach, but sunbeds on it, the minimum price in mid-September was 5 euros per sunbed, the maximum 15, this is on the beach to the left of St. Stephen's Island, if you look at it from the shore. We bought a beach mat from a nearby shop for 6 euros and lay comfortably on the pebbles. There was no need for an umbrella, because the sun in September is not so evil, a light breeze, the tan went unnoticed. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are large, it is difficult to walk on it, you need to buy special slippers. But we didn’t take it - foot massage is also useful, and by the end of the rest we walked on this pebble like on parquet!
Room: we lived on the second floor (the owner of the villa called this floor the first), in the room, as indicated in the photo, there is everything you need: a kitchenette with dishes, an electric stove (at first I thought it was a microwave, when I got closer I saw that this cabinet is a two-burner stove with an oven - very convenient for heating food, a little inconvenient for cooking it, because the burners are located, as it were, under a slope and once a pan almost flew off of it.

There is no electric kettle in the room, there is, as they call it, a metal cezve, water needs to be heated on the stove, which is not very convenient, because. it takes a lot of time.
The beds are a bit low, but you can sleep. Pillows were surprised - a flat pancake, in the amount of 1 piece per person, what is what is not there...
The chairs near the kitchen table are plastic, not very stable (the husband carelessly sat down on one and it collapsed, they threatened to charge a fine of 5 euros for damage, but then changed their minds).
Shower (you can’t even call it a booth, so, the shower compartment is closed with an oilcloth, which constantly fell, we removed it, all the same, water poured from under it onto the floor, and after each visit to the shower, we had to shovel out the water, because because it flooded the entire bathroom.
Behind the entrance door to the room there is a common terrace with a coffee table and two chairs, each room has its own + clothes dryer. In general, there is a necessary set for recreation, but not for tourists with pretensions to comfort, everything is simple.
No one bothered much about cleaning the room, it consisted of changing towels (daily), cleaning the bathroom, the floor was never washed in the living room, only shallow, or maybe I didn’t see it. The towels in the room are small, beach towels are not issued, so bring your own or buy it here (from 5 to 20 euros). Bed linen was changed 1 time in 12 days and then on request.
Meals: we took breakfasts and dinners - we were not hungry, but we didn’t feel much enthusiasm either. Not a buffet, not on the menu, but what they would give. We didn’t always go to breakfast, but when we were given a mandatory set daily: bread, butter , jam, freshly brewed coffee (delicious) or tea to choose from. And this set is different every day: either an omelette with bacon, or pancakes, or sliced ham and cheese.
Dinner is better: portions are large, be sure to have some kind of salad and a hot dish, either meat with a side dish, a large piece, then meatballs, then stuffed peppers, etc. ) Tea and coffee are not given at dinner, you need to order for a fee.

In general, in order to spend the night, do not count on special comfort.
I won’t write about excursions, there are a lot of them, if you want to take it from a tour operator, if you want to go to Budva (10 km by bus for 1.5 euros per person, bus stop next to the villa). the purpose of the review is to tell about the living conditions in this villa.
Tourists living in rooms in the neighborhood (a group of girls from 20 to 31 years old) said that they liked everything here, they rented a car and traveled to all the towns.
Special thanks to the tour operator Biblio Globus for their attentiveness to their tourists. The fact is that our return flight was delayed, they said at the airport that the plane took off from Moscow, but did not fly to Podgorica, somewhere it made an emergency landing. So Biblik did not leave us to the mercy of fate at the airport, but drove several large comfortable buses, seated all the tourists and took them to hotels, quite decent (in any case, it seemed to me so after the Sumet villa). There they fed dinner, announced the time for collecting departure to the airport, in the morning they gave each tourist a lunch package for breakfast and escorted them to the airport. Thank you very much for this attitude. I myself am a travel agent and I know that many tour operators, if flight delays occur, leave tourists to their fate and do not give any information, especially accommodation in hotels.
They paid 44 thousand for a ticket for two at breakfasts and dinners, when booking 4 months before departure, i. e. early booking, value for money I think is optimal.
