So, the Oriana at the Topaz Hotel 4 * is located in Bugibba, it is a small (like everything in Malta)) resort town, smoothly and imperceptibly flowing from one to another - between St. Julians (in the bay of the same name) and Aura. The town is small, but cute and friendly, the main resort life takes place on the embankment and nearby streets. The beaches there are specific - rocky and steep, but everywhere, even in the most seedy corners, there are slopes with handrails. The beaches are quite clean, unlike the city.
Hotel "Oriana" is part of another hotel "Topaz" and is located across the road, in Topaz there is also a restaurant where we went for buffet breakfasts, which were included in the price. It makes no sense to take a full package to Malta, because it makes no sense to see the sights, swim in the sea and be tied to a food regimen. At lunch we ate what God would send, and for dinner we went somewhere to eat in style.
The room is large, cozy, with old but stylish good quality wooden furniture and wrought iron finishes. A decent bath, hair dryer, liquid soap and gel in a container with a dispenser, snow-white towels, bedding too, changed and cleaned daily.
Also in the room there is a small and weakly cold-producing refrigerator (do not count on ice! ) And a small kitchen compartment with a kettle and cups (for some reason without spoons ((, a balcony with metal furniture and air conditioning. We did not use TV and telephone.
The lobby is cozy, the staff is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking girl from Latvia, also a nice detail - there is a cooler with a local product - Kinney soda and cups, you can drink for free.
Of the minuses - disgusting, constantly disappearing Internet. We called the local Internet dealer - he shrugged, rustled his feet and hung all the jambs on the provider. Either they deliberately restrict traffic to each room, since free WF is declared on the tour, or you need to change the provider. We did not take a card for a week, and were saved by the fact that in any bar there is no, you just need to ask for a password. And still had a normal Wi-Fi!
