Fantastic nature and terrible service! We are shocked.
Now we are resting here with the children. We spent the first night in a room with huge red ants. The next day we were moved to an even worse room with broken door handles and a broken TV. On the third day we were moved to another room with huge cockroaches! In four days we changed 4 rooms.
Today we were already moved to the fourth room, we are waiting for the cockroaches to be taken out. Management is terrible, requests are ignored. The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars. We do not recommend staying here : (
