We were here for 3 weeks. We have been to many places, but this hotel disappointed us. Everything is the same in terms of food and entertainment. Room service is a separate issue! You have to ask almost every other day to change towels, as they often hung old (damp) ones on hangers, which we put in for replacement.

We were here for 3 weeks. We have been to many places, but this hotel disappointed us. Everything is the same in terms of food and entertainment. Room service is a separate issue! You have to ask almost every other day to change towels, as they often hung old (damp) ones on hangers, which we put in for replacement.
The mini bar was constantly changed which is a plus.
Night disco and concerts - nothing. They sing the same songs and motives. How many did not communicate with the Americans vacationing there - they do not like the same.
Maximum in this hotel for 4-5 days and at one time!! ! Further it is not interesting.
Our opinion: not worth it!

Vacationing in Cancun for the first time. We were worried that we had made a mistake with the choice of the hotel. But, as it turned out, they worried in vain. Impeccable room service, attentive attitude to vacationers, good cuisine (there are about 7 restaurants and coffee shops on the territory), as well as one restaurant, the so-called buffet, you choose your own food.

Impeccable room service, attentive attitude to vacationers, good cuisine (there are about 7 restaurants and coffee shops on the territory), as well as one restaurant, the so-called buffet, you choose your own food. In general, there are no problems with this. The food is quite varied.
The beach is relatively small but quite spacious. VERY CLEAN! People mostly hang out in the pools, although the sea is beautiful! (95% of vacationers are Americans, Canadians, Western Europe). Wifi works great, everywhere. There is a gym. The hotel itself (facade, rooms and corridors) looks modest in terms of architecture and design. The rooms are laconic Nearby are overdressed buildings that attract more attention))). nevertheless, as I understand it, Dreams has regular customers who appreciate it for its service. And my husband and I had enough of everything. I also like the fact that the hotel has a really cool location. On the short side of the "seven" my calmer. Plus left the hotel, walked 30-100 meters and the movement begins. Shops, bars, clubs, including the famous Coco Bongo are very close by and no need to take a taxi! My husband and I went for a walk every evening to shake up the calories)) So in terms of price-quality ratio, in my opinion, it’s quite a great option!

I stayed at this hotel in the winter of 2010. I travel often. several trips a year, but this vacation is the best! The hotel is wonderful, the staff is wonderful! The beach is very good. Rooms are great, food is great!
