Very much the level of service depends on the tip. Which also leaves a residue. We already give them all the time, but here they don’t want to do anything at all without encouragement. Although without a tip you will be served, of course, but much more slowly. The food is generally good, but some of the dishes are still a little improperly prepared. But the overall impression of the food is more positive than negative. There are no complaints about alcohol. Everything we drank suited us. A big plus of the hotel is that famous DJs perform here several times, but in general the hotel is a little boring, although we probably didn’t appreciate the completeness of everything because we went on many excursions, but it was even more interesting. The excursion here is excellent, but just choose the right guide. We went to one from the tour operator and it was tough. I don't even want to give all the details. I complained to my friend on WhatsApp and she immediately recommended Ged to me. But we didn’t like the hotel beach at all, and for the most part because of the algae, although you couldn’t blame the hotel for this, it was the same in other hotels. And even though they removed them, but still. And the waves in Cancun are decent. If you summarize everything and do not go into details, then we had a good rest, but I think it could be better. But the hotel is not so bad there is a lot of good in it, so I recommend it, but there are nuances.
