Good afternoon! Since there is only one review about this hotel (and a rather old one), I will try to write objectively and a little about everything. Rested with my husband from November 25th. Economy 5 * hotel, overall good, but with flaws. In my opinion, corresponds to 4 *. It is located on line 2 (this is not a disadvantage, this is also known before the trip). The price-quality ratio is good.
1. Number. Check-in is excellent, everything is fast. The houses are one-, two- and three-storey. The hotel staff is very friendly, smiles sincere. Wifi only in the bar and at the reception free of charge 90 minutes 1 time per day. There is no iron in the room, you need to ask at the reception. There are no slippers either. Toiletries are very modest, there is only shampoo (? ), aka shower gel (or vice versa) and bar soap (tip: bring your own shampoo). Everything is added on time. Bed linen is perfectly white, how often it is changed is unknown - it is always clean and ironed. There were more towels than needed. There is a hair dryer. There is a safe, free of charge. There are no Russian channels on TV. The room has a free mini-bar (tequila, rum, vodka, gin, beer, pepsi, sprite, soda, water), which is replenished 1 time in 2 days, though I had to remind about it - they quickly corrected it, then they called the receptionist and asked is everything okay. There are glasses in the room and in the bathroom. The rooms are not big. The furniture is quite new, but on the balcony there is an old plastic table, 2 old wicker chairs, 1 of them with a broken seat. There is air conditioning, how it works - I don’t know, they didn’t turn it on. A ceiling fan was sufficient. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony. You also need an adapter for an outlet (sold in the hotel store 1 pc. $ 5). For those who smoke: there is no ashtray in the room or on the balcony (although you can smoke).
2. Eating and drinking. The hotel has 1 main restaurant, 1 a la carte, 1 snack bar, 1 bar and 1 more cafe-bar on the beach. The food is excellent. It makes no sense to list the menu, the choice of meat, vegetable dishes and salads is huge, fish and seafood - at least 2 types every day. There are also cheeses, olives, capers, etc. , a lot of yogurts, jams, Mexican dishes, sauces, fresh juices and regular juices. There was still milk! ? Not a lot of fruit. Pineapples, melons, watermelons, papaya, bananas - always; exotic fruits (I don’t know the names), grapes, apples and one of the citrus fruits - every other time; strawberry was 1 time (but what! ). Oh, and there were unripe plums and apricots. The waiters and bartenders at the hotel work perfectly (the cafe on the beach is much worse, by the way, the food there is also worse), no one “begs for tips”, the service is fast and unobtrusive. But after the tip, the service turns into great. Regarding digestion - no pills, etc. were not useful. Fat minus: until 18 o'clock all drinks are poured into reusable plastic glasses with a volume of 400 ml, it doesn't matter if it's cola or tequila, some tourists apparently consider them disposable and throw them into trash cans, leave them on the beach, etc. , the fact that they are then collected and The thought slipped through that perhaps they were washed and used again.

3. Territory. Big, clean and safe. Greens can be added a little. Near the hotel selva! - you can see a lot of animals. Coatis, agoutis and iguanas walk around the hotel, deer walk behind the fence. If you feed coatis, be prepared for them to come to the balcony (and not only) around the clock, even on the 3rd floor. There are many exotic birds, you wake up in the morning to their singing. For those who love animals, this is Paradise. On the territory there are 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, a table tennis table, a volleyball court, a disco (it's somewhere on the outskirts of the territory - it doesn't bother anyone), a playground, several shops, big chess, bicycles, a hammock. The animation is quite decent, the guys on the beach entertain tirelessly. In the early evening, they also entertain guests, and somewhere at 9 o'clock a concert or show begins (not animators, but invited artists).
4. Beach. The hotel is located on the 2nd line, but it does not bother, the hotel bus runs to the beach every half an hour, with a convenient stop in the city (from other hotels you would have to walk or take a taxi! ). Drive 10 minutes, no more. The sea is beautiful. The sand is white (not heated). Palm trees are available. There are always free sunbeds both in the shade and in the sun (but they are not very comfortable). Towels for the beach are given out once a day, they start to be given out at 8 am (and not always on time) and if you want to go to the beach earlier, change it in the evening.
5. Excursions. Everything here is subjective. Where to go - you decide, the choice of places to visit abound. If you do not speak languages, then excursions will have to be bought from a tour operator, at inflated prices. If you speak languages, you can buy them in city travel agencies (cheaper) or travel on your own (inexpensive), but it’s better to start preparing for independent trips at home (route, program, etc. ) Our dream came true - we managed to visit Mexico City and in Teotihuacan!
Bottom line: it turned out not very short, I tried to objectively describe all the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel, but the overall impression of the hotel was still very good, we did not dwell on the shortcomings, they are not able to spoil a chic vacation, and excellent service and attentive staff contributed to this.
P. S. Mexico is a beautiful country with friendly people. We fell in love with this country forever. Viva Mexico!
