We rented a standard double room for 145 euros per day, without 5.5% tax and without breakfast. About everything in order.
1. Settlement: we waited 45 minutes in line at the reception, when paying for the room they took a city tax and blocked a 100 euro deposit on the card (there is no word about the deposit on any of the booking sites).
2. Room: having overcome the old shabby corridors, you open the door to the room and enter through the dirty carpet into a very small room with a glass door to the toilet. The room is dark and the windows overlook a noisy street, the bathroom is dirty and mold all over the tiles. No washing facilities, of course, are not provided. The reservation says that there should be a kettle in the room, which is not available and which we asked for - 8 euros is the cost of renting a kettle for 1 day. There is only one ironing board for the entire hotel, and therefore we were able to provide it only after 2 hours.

Soundproofing is zero - you can hear every rustle of neighbors, all the currents through the sewers.
3. We did not take breakfast because it costs 50 euros for two and we came to see it for the sake of interest - there is no choice at all.
4. The staff is unpleasant and tactless.
5. Internet in the price is the only plus of this hotel, because even the central location cannot be a plus, because the street is very noisy, and if you are lucky to live on the first floors, then the windows of the room will rest against the bar.
