“I have been wanting to visit Amsterdam for a long time. I watched photos, videos, read reviews of tourists and fell in love with the city more and more. I have traveled half the world, but I have never met such a sincere and cozy town! Of the many reasons why you should visit Amsterdam, everyone chooses the one that is closer to him.

I was visiting Amsterdam in autumn. The city really liked the narrow streets of the city, canals, old Amsterdam architecture, a park with parrots (Vondel Park, located in the city center).

I was very impressed by the trip on the boat, from where I could clearly see the old beautiful buildings that reminded me of fairy-tale houses. Near the central railway station, choose any boat - you won't regret it! The city is especially beautiful in the evening at dusk.

For those who like to "look at the city from above", I advise you to go up to the top floor of the Hilton Double Tree. The terrace of the Sky Lounge restaurant offers a truly beautiful view of the city.

As a huge coffee lover, I have tried a lot of hipster coffee shops. I advise you to look into the following: Trakterenkoffie, Lot Sixty One, Coffee Company, Coffee Room.

A couple of hours I was lucky enough to take a walk and give myself a favorite photo session, along with one wonderful photographer Alexandria. I highly recommend her to everyone if you want to leave this wonderful city with memorable magnificent pictures.

Also try to get out to the sea for solitude. To the center. The railway station has a train, its last stop is Zanvoort aan Zee (40 minutes from Amsterdam). The station is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Voila and you are on the northern majestic sea!!!

Now let's get back to one of the main means of transportation - bicycles. I must say that cycling "traffic" will easily outperform any other type of transport. Everything is done here for cyclists - special paths stretching through the whole city, numerous bike stands and traffic lights! If you're not used to cycling, it's best to be in the city and not try to sit down. The movement is very lively, but if you are a pro, like me - the pleasures of riding both in the city and beyond will get a lot! Drive along the river Amstel out of the city - just a magnificent typical Dutch view!

And at the end of my mini tips I will say this: The atmosphere is somehow special in this city and the country as a whole. For me, the Netherlands is not only cheese, mills and clompons, but also the extraordinary beauty of urban landscapes, the sea element, subject to mood swings, and touching details that magically merged with nature! ”
