Zaanse Schans: windmills, canals and flowers
We got to the Zaanse Schans by train from Amsterdam Central Station. Tickets were bought at the box office immediately back and forth. Ticket offices are located in the right wing of the station. We need to go to Koog-Zaandijk station. In order not to break the language, they wrote a route where we need tickets on a piece of paper and showed it to the cashier. Then we look at the scoreboard and look for the train in the direction of Alkmaar. We took tickets to the second class, so we are looking for the number 2 on the car - we sit there. By the way, two trains can depart from one platform in different directions. Be careful. We get off at the desired station and then follow the signs. After 10 minutes we sniff chocolate, then we see the first mill, and right around the corner is the bridge, along which we pass to the village. Well, then where the eyes look. Then we return to Amsterdam. We pass into the left wing of the station, we pass through it and go up to the platform of the bus station. There we are looking for a bus to Edam or Volendam. We buy a ticket from the driver and after 20 minutes we leave in Volendam or Edam, well, this is where you need it. Almost everyone goes out in Volendam.
