I have been living in Warsaw for the second month. I work at the Mercure Centrum hotel. I will write a review not as a guest, but as a person who sees everything from the inside : )
Hotel pros:
- in the very center of Warsaw. In the minute availability of the heart of communication-metro, trains, buses; right next to the hotel is a large shopping center Golden Terraces. That's where the pros end : /
Cons of the hotel:
-price! for such junk to pay 300+ zlotys per night - too much!
-all furniture, plumbing -solid junk. The beds, although they look new, are not like the mattresses: / I am silent about the bathroom: fungus on the pipes under the washbasin, a smelly and gray toilet, the smell and color of which cannot be removed by any means; constantly falling off incomprehensible elements of pipes ...

- the bed itself. Pillows - one name, but from blankets - I'm generally shocked! They do not completely cover the bed, so tall people will have to think a lot about what they need to cover: ) Plus, the blankets themselves are thin, it is not clear what they are made of, like pillows: )
-towels.
maybe they were terry once upon a time, but times have changed! for rags - perfect, for towels in a 4 * hotel - horror ! ! !
-the hotel itself stinks, there is a lot of dust on the corridors and in the rooms, which you can’t wipe or vacuum out in any way ...

Maybe everything is not so deplorable on the part of the guest, but it's better to rent an apartment in Warsaw - cheaper, newer and better!

Decide for yourself : )
