The staff is very friendly, I asked a lot of questions, they told me everything in detail showed on the map, gave a lot of advice. Very nice people. I also liked the location of the hotel. I walked to Nossal, about 30 minutes, but I could also take a minibus. Also close to the center, about 15 minutes. The city is very beautiful, everywhere there is Wi-Fi, for free. I took the funicular to Gubalovka, a very beautiful view. In general, I advise everyone. I will return for sure.
