Austria, Graz
The famous arsenal of the city of Graz was built in 1642–1645. It was created by the architect Antonio Solari and was used as a warehouse for weapons, armor and ammunition. Currently, the arsenal houses one of the world's largest collections of edged weapons - about 32,000 exhibits. In addition to weapons, there are musical instruments of military bands.

The next building behind the Landhaus is the Arsenal (Herrengasse, 16). It was once the largest weapons storage in Austria, which originated in the 16th century as defense against the Turks and Magyars required a permanent military presence in the region. Now here is a museum, which presents the world's largest collection of medieval weapons. The cost of visiting is 9 euros. Please note that the museum is closed on Tuesday, and during the off-season period (November to March) visits are only possible with a guided tour at 11.
