The exact date of construction of this temple is unknown. From chronicle references, it turned out that the church was built at least no later than the 14th century. From that time to the present day, the church has been damaged by fire several times. In the 18th century the temple was rebuilt and restored. Now this place is popular with both locals and tourists who come here to look at the wonderful patterns and paintings on the walls of the temple.
