Schwarzenbergplatz is named after the Austrian Field Marshal Karl Schwarzenberg, who distinguished himself in the Napoleonic Wars. In its center there is an equestrian statue of this outstanding person and the High Stream fountain, and it is also the place where the Monument to the Heroes of the Soviet Army who fell in the battle for Vienna in 1945 is located. The Schwarzenberg Palace is also located here.

Large long area
This square begins with the equestrian monument to Field Marshal Schwarzenberg and ends with the High Fountain, the monument to the heroes of the Red Army and the Schwarzenberg Palace. The building of the Casino Theater and the monument to the sculptor Georg Donner attract attention.→
