In the archaeological museum you can see a rich collection of Greek vases, a set of ancient Greek amphorae, anchors raised from the bottom of the sea, and ceramic figurines. The museum was founded in 1961, with the blessing of the church, to preserve historical artifacts found in the Sozopol region. Since 1971, the building of the Cultural Center of Sozopol has been given under the sights. The museum develops in two directions: Archeology - V BC-XVII century AD, Christian art - XVII-XIX centuries.
