This is the second most popular beach in Cyprus. Golden sands, soft bottom, beautiful crystal clear blue water of the Mediterranean Sea. It is especially suitable for families with small children because of the shallow water. There is a small island a few hundred meters from the coast, if you know how to swim well, you can sail there on your own. Many vacationers do just that. A fig tree grows on the beach, which, according to local legend, was planted in the 17th century.

Beautiful beach
Very clean water. Clean sand, gentle entrance to the water. There is an island in front, so there are almost no big waves. At the end of June - no jellyfish. I really liked that there is no trade like "Baklava honey !! ! », No traders in souvenirs and beach accessories. All trade, food, drinks - on the waterfront. People are just resting. Umbrellas and sunbeds for money. Changing rooms, showers, toilets - everything is there. Well, who has not seen fig trees - I present a separate photo.→

The glory of the beach is overstated
If you rest nearby, then yes, a decent beach, with a sandy entrance and the cleanest sea. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, 2.5 euros per unit. Cafes are gray and miserable. There is a shower and toilet. Offers water sports and entertainment. Nothing special, the beach is just the beach. And most importantly, we never saw any fig trees, on that famous island in the middle of the sea or nearby. It’s definitely not worth going specially from other cities of the island.→

amazing beach
Having visited several nearby beaches, I can confidently say that this is the best! Fine sand, the coastline is broken, there are stones, there is an island - having fun!! !→

One of the best beaches
Cool, clean, nice beach. One of the best in Cyprus. Sun loungers, umbrellas - paid (2.5 euros per unit). The entrance to the water is smooth, neat. There are many cafes along the beach where you can sit, eat and relax.→
