The observation deck, located on Kohtu Street, is one of the most visited places. From here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the old streets of Tallinn, the tower of the Tallinn Town Hall, the Church of the Holy Spirit and St. Olav's Church . During the summer months, you can meet musicians playing medieval tunes on lutes and flutes on the observation deck.

There are several observation platforms in Tallinn, from where a beautiful view of the old city opens. One of the most popular is the observation deck on Kokhtu Street (you can go to this street from the Dome Cathedral). This is practically the only place in Old Tallinn from where you can see Old Thomas on the spire of the Town Hall; for this purpose, two telescopes are installed on the site. And the bronze cockerel above the Pikk yalg tower is perfectly visible from here without any additional optics.→
