Tallinn Town Hall Square is the most popular place in the city. It invariably becomes the center of all folk festivals and holidays that take place in Tallinn. The Town Hall Square looks especially elegant in winter, during the Christmas Market, which lasts from the end of November until January 8th. In summer, it is also crowded due to the abundance of summer areas from cafes and restaurants. In the building of the Town Hall on the ground floor there is one of the inexpensive popular bars in the "medieval style" - "Dragon".→
