The Quarter of Discord or the Apple of Discord (la Manzana de la discordia) captures in stone the professional competition between the three great Catalan modernist architects: Antoni Gaudí (House Batlló ), Luis Dumenec y Muntaner (House Leo Morera) and Josep Puig y Cadafalch (House of Amalie). The House of Leo Morera is a six-story residential building that is considered the highlight of the professional career of Luis Domè nech y Montaner.
