The small mountain village of Randa is located on the way to the famous monastery of the same name. Almost all of Mallorca opens from here, with towns and villages clearly visible on a clear day, as well as the bays of Alcudia and Palma at the opposite end of the island.
One of the most noteworthy excursions is Puig de Randa (542 meters), with three monasteries where you can see pilgrims.
You can get to the mountain by following the road from Llucmajor to Randa (5 km.), From there, by a smaller road, climb up to the monasteries through beautiful landscapes.
