This monument was opened in 2004 and tourists like to look for it and not find it: ) So, it is located in Sololaki, in Old Tbilisi, in the Cotton Rows area. The monument was created on the basis of a photograph in which Sergei Parajanov literally “flies” skipping along an old Tbilisi street. The monument seemed very funny to me, although we stumbled upon it by chance while walking in the Old part of the city.→
