St. Paul's Bay

A small bay near the town of Lindos, on Rhodes. It is almost completely hidden from the sea by high cliffs, so the water there is warmer than on the nearest beaches. According to legend, it was here that the Apostle Paul went ashore to convert the inhabitants of Rhodes to Christianity. In memory of this event, a small chapel of St. Paul was erected.

The beaches of Rhodes
This Bay was simply mesmerizing with its view from below, when the water caressed the legs while standing in this turquoise water, and from above, when we looked at it from the Acropolis ......Unforgettable impressions!! ! Too bad so many people know about this place
I would like to see that no human has ever set foot here before us. This is perhaps the only drawback of the bay - people and boats. From 12 days there is already almost a city beach. I liked snorkeling here more than in other places, and here people don’t interfere if you sail away from them at a decent distance.→

magnificent cove
Located in the village of Lindos. Clear water, sandy beach - what do you need for a great swim? We arrived here after the acropolis - hot and stuffy, but here is the place to freshen up after such an excursion.→
