Today, the casino is housed in one of the most impressive and famous buildings in Rhodes, the Hotel of Roses, built during the Italian rule. Its original name was the "Grande Albergo delle Rose" (Grand Hotel of the Roses) and it was the site of significant historical events, such as the founding of the State of Israel, which was signed here in 1948. Built by Florestano di Fausto between 1925 and 1927.
