A small church better known as the "Church of Dante and Beatrice". It is said that it was here that Dante first met his secret lover. Inside the church you can see the tombstones of the Beatrice-Portinari family. Finding a church is not easy. Turn off from Piazza Duomo (Stone Dante area) onto Via Della Studio, cross Via Del Corso, and enter via Santa Margcherita. Don't rush or skip. Look to the left and look for a sign with the name of the church (Di Santa Margcherita Dei Cerchi). 5-10 minutes to look is enough.→
