The Roman amphitheater is located at the foot of the Castle Hill. It was built in the middle of the 2nd century AD. The grandiose building, well preserved to this day, was carved into the rock and designed for 6,000 spectators. At the present time, sports competitions, cultural events and music concerts are periodically held here.
