Mielno

Poland, Kolobrzeg
Quiet and cozy town with sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea. Mielno is located in the north-west of Poland (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), about 12 km from the city of Koszalin and 135 km from the city of Szczecin. Due to its location - between the sea and Lake Yamno, which occupies a third of the city's territory - it is a popular resort. Mielno has a little more than 3 thousand inhabitants. There are no noisy streets and an endless stream of cars, but there are many hotels and boarding houses at the service of the city's guests. This place is preferred by tourists who prefer peace and quiet.

Mielno is a coastal town in Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northwestern Poland. This area is called Gmina Mielno. It is located about 12 km northwest of Koszalin and 135 km northeast of the regional capital Szczecin. It was here that we came to see the Polish sea, to wet our feet, so to speak. The Poles have a tradition - in the winter to the mountains (their own), in the summer to the sea (their own), at least not for long. So we rushed to the Baltic Sea for a day. We expected to see something like Berdyansk or Skadovsk, but we saw something more.
