Since 1959 it has been housed in the building of the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, since 1974 it has become a member of the International Organization of Puppet Theaters UNIMA. international festivals of puppet theaters of the Turkic peoples "Nauruz" are regularly held here. The performances are in Russian and Tatar, the repertoire is diverse - more than 40 performances of various genres are held in two halls of the new building on Peterburgskaya Street, where the theater moved in 2012.→
