MY SITUATION.
I chose products, prices do not differ much from Moscow ones, they can refer to quality, come on, you can find everything in Moscow.
I had a need for jackets, so I decided to arrange delivery after all, it was not in vain that I spent 5 hours of my time. You pay a deposit, the rest must be paid upon receipt. The total amount is 1400$. Left $400. They had to send a smaller size to the hotel for fitting, because the coat was a little big. NOT SENT. Those who work in hotels, representing a store, are a completely different story, they go begging for food to be brought from a restaurant, because they are not allowed to eat there.
I ARRIVED AS A RESULT TO REFUSE TO THE SHOP FROM THE PRODUCTS COMPLETELY. AND HERE IT STARTED...
They refused to return the money, referring to the day off. They didn't want to talk. I sat for 5 hours (and in the store how dirty it was in the toilets, what a horror). They said come the next day (Monday) and I have a plane already at night of that day, they say we don’t know, shrugs his shoulders (our hut is on the edge). She offered to send her friends for money. Refused.

They didn’t give the fare, again a fairy tale that it’s some kind of blah blah company, they don’t issue such a document, so keep in mind that you won’t be able to return tax-free
