The light and music fountain is located in the very center of the city in a cozy square near the building of the regional administration. It was reconstructed in 2008 after 10 years of inactivity. The fountain delights local residents and guests of the city with works of classical music, which, combined with beautiful lighting, delivers a magnificent spectacle. A trifle, thrown by tourists for good luck, goes to buy instruments for the local music school.
