Sugar factory Ivan Kharitonenko named his estate, built over the Merchik River, in honor of his granddaughter. Now it is the village of Vladimirovka, Krasnokutsky district. The church designed by A. Shchusev and individual buildings of the estate have survived to this day: gates, outbuildings, a water tower ... The main building has not been preserved.
Something remains of the landscape park, but it is too neglected to fully appreciate its aesthetic value. The number of preserved plant species can only be assessed by those who understand this: there are no signatures under the trees, there is only a large plaque in the center of the park with its general characteristics.
