Tourists here will be interested in various enticing souvenirs, pleasant shade and greenery, a health trail leading to Arcadia. And going down the alleys to the sea, you will go to the water park "Nemo". A good park for local kids who ride bicycles, roller skates, scooters and other wheeled vehicles here)

A lot of greenery, but somehow boring ...But for lovers of hiking - this is a wonderful place, as well as for those who are looking for a place for rollerblading. A well-groomed park, but there is no special entertainment there, which was greatly lacking. The best Soviet traditions are observed according to all canons. The health track begins in the park, which I liked more.

Shevchenko Park is the largest and oldest park in Odessa, in pre-Soviet times it was called "Alexander Park". The park was named after the Russian Emperor Alexander II, who came to its opening and even planted a small oak tree near the central alley with his own hands. In memory of the king's visit, a column was erected on the earthen rampart - the remnant of the earthen fortifications of the Khadzhibey fortress, which, having survived several renamings, has survived to this day. The Odessa establishment liked the new park so much that it was here that the first line of the city tram was laid.
