Corner of Old Odessa is an open-air mini-museum located on the slope of Voyenny Descent, not far from Teschiny Bridge. The mini-museum was equipped in 1970; architectural objects were brought here from demolished old houses in the central part of the city. The corner is on two levels. Here you can see an arbor of original form, a cast-iron griffin, a bridge with an openwork lattice, and much more. In the evenings, an orchestra plays on the bridge.

Interesting for lovers of peace and beauty
The original museum is located in the open air at the intersection of Gogol Street with Zhvanetsky Boulevard, not far from the popular Teschiny Bridge. This open-air place was founded in the 70s of the 20th century. The idea of ​ ​ its foundation was thought up by the journalists of the Vechernyaya Odessa publication, although they planned to do something similar 50 years before the Corner of Old Odessa appeared. Today, there are objects that symbolize the first 100 years of the history of Odessa.→

Cosy
Right next to the mother-in-law bridge. Really a corner. So cozy. And the photos are very beautiful. The main thing is to be lucky with the weather. The bridge is not easy to climb. A very steep climb. And a gazebo with a staircase in the stones. Odessa is not looking for easy ways. But it's beautiful.→

Favorite Odessa
Walking around Odessa seems to me the best pastime. Not only on our own, but also as part of a tourist group, we walked here, took pictures, listened to the stories of the guide and watched numerous tourists. The atmosphere, nature, smells of old Odessa suggested romantic thoughts.→

Didn't notice the "corner" there
This is an area, a street, a place where everyone tries to take as many pictures as possible. Here - under the columns, here - on the bridge, there - near the fountain. Nothing special, except that all these items are brought from different parts of the city.→

Like a museum
This is a kind of small (within the city) collection of things from different places, collected throughout the city in different years. Statues, colonnade, fountain, bridge. And everything is decorated so neatly and nicely that, according to tradition, not only tourists come here to take pictures, but also newlyweds from Odessa. True, one cannot but take into account that no one monitors the maintenance of the place in a “working”, able-bodied state, all these little things are subject to restoration.→
